HVVC 14-1 is our premier 14U team, driven by Coach Aubrey Schneider and Assistant Coach Salma Faris. This team emphasizes competitive play, skill refinement, and preparing athletes for the next level of volleyball.

Aubrey Schneider

Head Coach

Aubrey brings championship-level experience and a deep passion for athlete development to every practice. She started her volleyball journey at 12 with Nike NW Jrs and had a standout high school career at Estacada High School from 2000–2004.

Her team clinched the 3A state championship in 2003, and that year she earned Oregon's Player of the Year and First Team All League honors. After high school, she continued her career at Eastern Oregon University — and now pours that experience into the next generation of athletes.

Salma

Assistant Coach

Salma supports athlete development for HVVC 14-1, bringing positive energy and focused attention to every session. She works alongside Coach Aubrey to reinforce fundamentals, encourage growth, and keep the competitive atmosphere high on and off the court.

Represent

Represent the club at all times, showing respect for yourself, your teammates, your coaches, and the organization.

Support

Support and encourage teammates on and off the court. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship in every situation.

Commit

Commit to regular attendance at practices and tournaments. Athletes are expected to attend all tournaments unless previously excused.

Communication

GameChanger is used for tracking schedules, results, athlete statistics, and team announcements.
